  • The outdoor pool is lovely with steps in to the pool and pool lighting.
  • The pool terrace is very spacious and private with high walls and gates.
  • There are 4 sun beds around the pool and comfy garden furniture and outdoor Parasols for essential shade in the hot summer months.

Conservatory

  • The conservatory overlooks the pool and garden area and is great for relaxing and entertaining in.
  • It has sliding doors that open fully during the hot Summer months.
  • There is a stylish comfy corner suite and lovely glass dining table and chairs.
  • Tinted glass gives privacy and keeps some of the heat out.
  • A formal dining table is provided for evening meals.

Lounge

  • The lounge is very stylish and has a contemporary chic look with leather sofas. The furnishings compliment the room and make it a lovely room to relax in.
  • We provide a CD HiFi system, BlueRay DVD player and a 32” TV with Cable TV with UK channels.
  • There is a log burner for the autumn and winter months, Wi-Fi is also available during your stay.

Kitchen

  • Is modern and very well equipped with a fan oven, touch control hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine.
  • We provide plenty of pots, pans, cutlery, crockery and glasses.
  • There are also plastic glasses, and bowls for using around the pool area, as glass is not permitted near the pool area

Bathroom

  • Luxury fitted bathroom with walk in spa shower incorporating power jets.
  • The bathroom has been fully tiled and fitted to a high standard and benefits from heating and illuminated vanity unit.

Bedrooms

  • The Master Bedroom provides a king-size bed with matching tables and lamps, a dresser and built in wardrobe.
  • The Twin room  has a built in wardrobe, bedside cabinet, set of draws with bedside table lamp.
  • The room has french doors with shutters that open on to onto sunny terrace, which is great for the early morning sun.
  • Both rooms benefit from wall heaters & ceiling fans.

Rear Terraced Garden & Solarium

  • At the rear of the villa there is a large terraced garden which provides an alfresco dining set with 4 chairs chairs. We provide a gas Griddle (Plancha) which is on a stylish Unit at the rear of the villa. Instructions are provided for use of the Griddle. The rear terrace has a lamp post and is well lit at night.
  • On the roof your will find a solarium space to catch the first and last rays of the day, two loungers are provided with a table and chairs for two.
