Pool area and Gardens
The outdoor pool is lovely with steps in to the pool and colour changing pool light. The pool terrace is very spacious and private with high walls and gates. There are 4 sun beds around the pool with adjustable umbrella to shade from the sun.Outdoor Parasols for essential shade in the hot summer months.
Outside the conservatory there is 4 seater table with recliner chairs.
Overlooking the pool there is a comfy 4 person sofa set with cushions and a coffee table.
Conservatory
The conservatory overlooks the pool and garden area and is great for relaxing and entertaining in. It has sliding doors that open fully during the hot Summer months. There is a stylish comfy corner suite and lovely glass dining table and chairs. Tinted glass gives privacy and keeps some of the heat out.
Lounge
The lounge is very stylish and has a contemporary chic look with leather sofas. The furnishings compliment the room and make it a lovely room to relax in.
We provide a CD HiFi system, BlueRay DVD player and a 55” SMART TV with Cable TV with UK channels.
Fibre Wi-Fi is now available during your stay.
Kitchen
The kitchen is modern and very well equipped with a fan oven, touch control hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. We provide plenty of pots, pans, cutlery, crockery and glasses.
Bathroom
Luxury fitted bathroom with walk in spa shower incorporating power jets. The bathroom has been fully tiled and fitted to a high standard and benefits from heating and illuminated vanity unit.
Master bedroom and Twin Bedroom
The master bedroom has king-size bed, with bedside cabinets and lamps, wardrobe and a large set of draws - a 32" TV is provided giving access to most TV channels.
The villa is maintained to a very high standard with stylish furnishings throughout. The villa sleeps up to 4 people.
As owners, we continue to invest year on year in improving the already exceptional high standard villa, so that our holiday guests have everything they need for a perfect home from home holiday in the sun.
